Seit ich täglich My Supps Creatin Monohydrat" einnehme, habe ich die nötige Energie, um morgens 90 Minuten lang hart zu trainieren, und am Ende des Arbeitstages kann ich ohne Probleme 10 bis 15 km laufen. Für mich persönlich sind 3 Gramm mittags ausreichend. Ich empfehle es!
